Corporate Giving

Your company’s investment ensures a brighter future for children in our community and generations to come. Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital relies on corporate partnerships to continue to offer exceptional care, educate future physicians and advocate for children.

Encourage your company to join forces with Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital to improve the lives of patients and their families through philanthropic investments, event sponsorships, volunteerism and employee engagement.

Our Foundation team will help design a program that meets your philanthropic and marketing objectives so that your customers and your employees are proud to be a part of a business that helps children in such a lasting way.

Corporate Giving Toolkit

For all Corporate Volunteers - Before you arrive

Many of our patients’ immune systems have been compromised so they are susceptible to any illness, virus or bacteria. It is for this reason we ask you to NOT visit if you are currently ill, have a cold, sore throat, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cold sore, impetigo, skin rash, infected or draining lesions.

If you have been exposed to communicable diseases (measles, mumps, and chicken pox) within the last three weeks, please visit us at another time when we know you will not spread illness to our patients.

Things to remember:

  • Please wash your hands upon entering a patient room and upon exit.
  • Please do not take pictures or videos while visiting our children’s hospital without express permission from your designated team member escort who must accompany you and your group throughout your visit.
  • Our patients’ privacy is important to us. Please don’t ask any patients why they are in the hospital or what their illness or injury is.
  • Posting on social media with any patient information or photos is expressly prohibited.
  • Please no latex balloons; Mylar (foil) balloons only.
  • No food or drink allowed without special permission as many of our patients are on restricted diets.
  • Please dress appropriately to reflect the dress code at Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital. We ask that you not wear open-toed shoes, logo T-shirts with inappropriate slogans, short skirts, tank tops or low-cut tops. All tattoos must be covered.
  • We cannot guarantee the size of an audience due to patients’ conditions and availability.
