Our Curriculum: A Unique and Innovative Approach to Pediatrics
The Pediatric Residency Program at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (OLOLRMC) offers our residents a unique and innovative curriculum focusing on the six Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Competencies and the Institute of Medicine's six Dimensions of Quality. - Identifying and Implementing Best Practice Processes to Improve Outcomes of Care
- Understanding the "Art" of Medicine: how to apply a "bio-psychosocial" approach to the management of each patient
- Recognizing how to leverage Information Technology and fundamental Quality Improvement tools to continually improve the delivery of patient care
