Program Director: Dr. Alston "Trey" Dunbar
Alston "Trey" Dunbar III, M.D., MBA, received his M.D. degree from Wake Forest University. He completed his pediatric residency through the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and his fellowship in Neonatology through Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Associate Program Director: Roberta Vicari, MD
Dr. Vicari, Associate Program Director has held key leadership positions within the hospital. Prior to joining the residency program she served as medical director for the pediatric department and OLOL Children's Hospital. She currently serves on several community boards and is very active in the Baton Rouge community. She is an LSU-NO alumni and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Earl K. Long Hospital. Associate Program Director: Scott Williams, MD
Dr. Williams, Associate Program Director, received his M.D. degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed his pediatric residency through Northwestern University in Chicago at Children's Memorial Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at the University of Texas-Southwestern. Dr. Williams was most recently an assistant professor of pediatrics at UT Southwestern before joining the faculty at Our Lady of the Lake's Section of Pediatric Nephrology. Dr. Williams serves as the Rotation Director for the Pediatric Nephrology rotation and is an Associate Director in the Pediatric Residency Program. Learn more about Dr. Williams. Assistant Program Director: Jeff Deyo, MD
Dr. Deyo, Assistant Program Director, received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas Medical School and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Deyo completed his pediatric residency and fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology through the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Deyo has dual appointments at the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in the St Jude Clinic. Dr. Deyo serves as the Rotation Director for the Hematology-Oncology Rotation and is an Assistant-Director within the Pediatric Residency Program. Learn more about Dr. Deyo. Dr. Kirby, Assistant Program Director, received her Bachelor's degree from University of New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Kirby received her M.D. degree from Louisiana State University New Orleans as completing her pediatric residency. Aimee' Levy, Pediatric Residency Coordinator is a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration and is currently in the Masters of Healthcare Administration program at Our Lady of the Lake College. Amy Longfield graduated from Milligan College as an English major and history minor with secondary education certification. She taught middle school and high school English in Tennessee and Texas.
